Forecast Discussion:

Ozone levels in Prescott continue to be well above normal, easily reaching into the Moderate category. Elsewhere in Arizona, we did have our first ozone exceedances of the year, with monitors in Cochise, Gila, and Pima counties exceeding the federal health standard yesterday. Shifting back to Prescott, we are forecasting ozone levels to stay in the Moderate category. While winds will be a little breezy at times, we don't expect enough winds to clear out the ozone across the state. As a result, we are expecting ozone level to continue being elevated over the next several days.
