On Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, the public comment period began for the proposed modification of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit (AZ0026280) coverage to the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for the discharge of non-domestic wastewater from two sumps located at the Glen Canyon Dam to the Colorado River in Coconino County, Ariz.
