On Nov. 20, 2018, ADEQ received a request from the permittee to modify the AZPDES permit, which became effective on June 20, 2017. The permit authorizes discharge of non-domestic wastewater from two sumps located at the Glen Canyon Dam to the Colorado River in the Colorado – Grand Canyon River Basin in Township 41 N, Range 8 E, Section 24, in Coconino County, Arizona.
