Summary:
ADEQ is updating the rules under A.A.C. Title 18, Chapter 2, Article 10 which regulates the State’s federally approved Vehicle Emission Inspection and Maintenance Program. In completing this process, ADEQ will improve and modernize the vehicle emission inspection rules, without creating additional regulatory burden. For this rulemaking, ADEQ will be working closely with stakeholders to ensure that all industry standards are followed and updated accordingly.
