Location

The facility is located south of Elliot Road between 383rd and 387th Avenues, in Arlington, Arizona, in Maricopa County, over groundwater of the Lower Hassayampa Basin, in Township 1 South, Range 6 West, Section 17, Gila and Salt River Base Line and Meridian.
