Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 7, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue a Recycled Water Individual Permit to the following:

Salt River Project (SRP) Agricultural Improvement and Power District, Santan Generating Station
Permit No. R-100601
LTF No. 77601

Reuse Site

Roosevelt Water Conservation District (RWCD) Canal and Tailwater Ditch

The reuse sites are collectively located in Maricopa County, Arizona, within the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 7 East, and northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 1 South, Range 6 East, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
