Notice Read the Following: Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue a SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT to a Temporary Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s):
