ADEQ proposes to amend Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) R18-2-327 Annual Emissions Inventory Questionnaire to include federal emission statement requirements for sources located in ozone nonattainment areas that emit ozone precursors. This amendment is necessary to bring Arizona’s ozone rules into compliance with federal law in order to avoid sanctions under the federal Clean Air Act (CAA).
