EXTENDED COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund Technical Fixes Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

On Sept. 23, 2022, the comment period begins for the Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund (WQARF) Technical Fixes Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM). The comment period ends April 24, 2023.

Public Notice Information

The proposed amendments are limited to correcting typographical errors, correcting outdated citations, clarifying language, and fixing similar clerical issues and will not add regulatory burden. In addition, ADEQ will be fulfilling its 2017 Five-Year Rule Review promises to the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council (GRRC) to update these rules.
