On Oct. 1, 2018, a 30-day public comment period begins for proposed revisions to Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R18-2-220, Air Pollution Emergency Episodes. The rule amendments will be submitted to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a revision to the Arizona air quality State Implementation Plan.
