COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed Renewal of AZPDES Permit (AZ0024791) Coverage to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP)

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, the public comment period began for the proposed renewal of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZ0024791) coverage to Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) for the proposed discharge of cooling tower blowdown, reverse osmosis reject water, low volume wastes and stormwater from the Kyrene Generating Station to the Salt River and the Phoenix Area Canal System in the Middle Gila River Basin in Maricopa County, Ariz.
