COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed Major Modification of AZPDES Permit (AZ0020231) Coverage for the Town of Gila Bend Wastewater Treatment Plant

On Thursday, June 14, 2018, the public comment period began for the proposed major modification of Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit (AZ0020231) coverage to the Town of Gila Bend for the proposed discharge of up to 0.7 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Gila Bend Wastewater Treatment Plant to an unnamed wash, tributary to the Gila River in the Middle Gila River Basin in Maricopa County, Ariz.
