COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed AZPDES Permit No. AZ0026387 to Arizona Minerals Inc.

On Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, the public comment period begins for the proposed issuance of a Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) Permit to to Arizona Minerals Inc. for the proposed discharge of up to 0.172  million gallons per day (mgd) of treated water consisting of mine drainage and tailings seepage from the January Mine Water Treatment Plant to Alum Gulch in the Santa Cruz River Basin in Santa Cruz County, Ariz.
