COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | No Further Action Determination Request for Mission Linen Supply VRP Site in Phoenix

On Aug. 18, 2022, the public comment period begins for the requested No Further Action (NFA) determination for the Mission Linen Supply Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) site located in Phoenix, Arizona. The comment period ends Sep. 19, 2022.

Public Notice Information

Mission Linen Supply has submitted a request for an NFA determination for the Mission Linen Supply VRP site. The NFA requests closure for soil and was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 49-181.

The site consists of an approximately 0.5-acre property. A vapor intrusion assessment evaluated the risk to future residents, commercial/industrial workers, and construction workers due to residual concentrations of chlorinated solvents in soil and soil vapor at the site.
