VIRTUAL MEETING | Arizona Coal Combustion Residuals Rulemaking | Draft Rule Review

ADEQ is working on rules that will allow us to establish and operate a Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) permitting program for Arizona. This program will undergo approval by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) so that Arizona will be authorized to operate it in lieu of the federal program.
