Date: Sept. 11, 2023
Time: 8 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Location: Online | Register via GoToWebinar >

  • Note: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

On June 30, 2023 the notices of docket openings were submitted for the adoption of drinking water maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) as AWQS. Since then, we have developed a standardized approach for reviewing drinking water MCLs for the classification as an AWQS and have made the determination to adopt the following seven MCLs:  arsenic, bromate, chlorite, microbiological contaminants, haloacetic acids, total trihalomethanes, and uranium.
