COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | US Army's Proposed Plan for Former Camp Laguna Munitions Response Site in Yuma County

On Sept. 12, 2022, the public comment period begins for the US Army's Proposed Plan for the Former Camp Laguna Site located in Yuma, Arizona. The comment period ends Oct. 12, 2022.

US Army has prepared this Proposed Plan for public review and comment on the remedial alternatives for the Former Camp Laguna Munitions Response Site at the Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona, including the preferred alternative (Alternative 4—Surface and Subsurface Removal Across Entire MRS and Land Use Controls).
Site Location
The Military Munitions Response Program site encompasses approximately 40.3 acres and is a potential former munitions disposal area located within the YPG in southwestern Arizona.
