PUBLIC NOTICE | Work Plan Available for Properties Adjacent to US Border Patrol Former Pistol Range VRP Site

ADEQ has received a work plan for the Properties Adjacent to U.S. Border Patrol Former Pistol Range Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) site. The work plan proposes excavating contaminated soil for proper treatment and disposal and was submitted in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) § 49-175. The Properties Adjacent to U.S. Border Patrol Former Pistol Range VRP site consists of 22.3 acres located in Nogales, Arizona. Contaminants of concern at the site are lead, arsenic, antimony, and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons.
