PUBLIC HEARING | Proposed Rulemaking to Revise Reclaimed Water Rules

ADEQ is holding this public hearing to provide an opportunity for public comment on proposed revisions to reclaimed water rules in Title 18, Chapter 9, Articles 6 & 7. The proposed rulemaking mainly restructures the reclaimed water rules, modifies gray water use requirements, modifies the prohibition against providing reclaimed water for human consumption, and creates a permit for reclaimed end user facilities that produce potable water.

PUBLIC HEARING | Draft & Proposed Rulemaking for Public and Semipublic Swimming Pools and Spas

ADEQ is holding this public hearing to discuss its current minimum standards, for the design of and for sanitary conditions at any public or semipublic swimming pool or bathing place, by referencing the 2016 Model Aquatic Health Code. ADEQ seeks to amend R18-5-201 through R18-5-204, and repeal R18-5-205 through R18-5-248. The hearing will be on Monday, August 14, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.
