PUBLIC HEARING | Preliminary Decision to Issue an APP to Ranger Development LLC

ADEQ is holding this public hearing to discuss the preliminary decision to issue an Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to Ranger Development LLC. The hearing will be on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017, at 6 p.m. at the Apache County Board of Supervisors' Hearing Room in St. Johns, Ariz.

  • What to expect when being inspected
  • Available ADEQ programs to aid UST owners

There will also be an opportunity to meet state regulators, who will be available to answer questions.
