ADEQ has developed a methodical, defensible “Standard Work” or procedure for ADEQ to follow when MCLs are established or changed in the future based on the statutory requirements in A.R.S. § 49-223 (A) & (B). ADEQ appreciates the time stakeholders took to review and comment. No changes were made to the Standard Work based on the comments received (due by July 5, 2023); however, we will take your comments into consideration as we move forward.
