ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Residential Property Investment & Management applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.017 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Chimney Estates, LLC. WWTP to the Big Bug Creek below the confluence with Eugene Gulch to the confluence with the Agua Fria River in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 12N, Range 1E, Section 23, in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Chimney Estates, LLC. WWTP is a privately owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential sources in Mayer, Arizona. Sludge is recycled through the primary aeration basin and clarifier. The accumulated sludge generated are transported by Fann Environmental to the City of Prescott’s Sundog Ranch Road Wastewater Treatment Plant for further processing.
