ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. applied for an AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 1.24 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated industrial wastewater from the Mark Anthony Brewing Plant to Unnamed Wash, tributary to the Agua Fria in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 2 N, Range 1 W, Section 1, in Maricopa County, Arizona.
The Mark Anthony Brewing Plant is a privately owned facility that manufactures and produce hard seltzer adult beverages using water pumped from an on-site water production well in Waddell, Arizona. Solid wastes generated by the industrial waste processing system will be hauled offsite for management or disposal to landfill. The Mark Anthony Brewing Plant is considered to be a minor industrial facility.
