On June 1, 2021, ADEQ reissued an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) general permit, authorizing De Minimis discharges to waters of the U.S. The proposed permit is intended to replace De Minimis general permit (DMGP) AZG2016-001, which was issued on June 1, 2016, and expired May 31, 2021.

To maintain coverage, all DMGP permittees must apply for a new NOI under the 2021 permit by July 30, 2021. There is a fee associated with the NOI application | Apply Now >
