EPCOR Water (USA) Inc. applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of treated groundwater from the Miller Road Treatment Facility to the Arizona Canal in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 2 N, Range 4 E, Section 14, in Maricopa County, Arizona. The Miller Road Treatment Facility is a groundwater remediation facility that was constructed to pump and treat groundwater with elevated levels of volatile organic compounds in Scottsdale.
