On Friday, July 15, 2022, the public comment period begins for the decision to issue a State 401 water quality certification to Arizona Standard, LLC. for the Sunnyside Exploratory Drilling project in Patagonia, Arizona. The comment period ends on Aug. 15, 2022.

Pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 401 and in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R18-1-401, the ADEQ Director intends to issue a State 401 Water Quality Certification to the following applicant:

Arizona Standard, LLC.
