ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information

Motorola Solutions Inc. applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 2.7 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated groundwater from the North Indian Bend Wash (NIBW) – Area 12 Treatment Facility to McKellips Park Lake in the Middle Gila River Basin in Township 1 N, Range 4 E, Section 1, in Maricopa County, Arizona. The NIBW – Area 12 Treatment Facility is considered a minor industrial facility.
