New Aquifer Protection Permit | Wagner Wash Underground Storage Facility

On April 10, 2024, the comment period begins for the preliminary decision to issue an individual Aquifer Protection Permit to City of Buckeye – Water Resources Department for the Wagner Wash Underground Storage Facility located in Maricopa County. The comment period ends May 8, 2024.

Aquifer Protection Permit No.: 514358, LTF 100042 

This permit will allow the permittee to comply with the two key requirements of the Aquifer Protection Program: 1. meet Aquifer Water Quality Standards at the Point of Compliance and 2. demonstrate Best Available Demonstrated Control Technology.

Facility: 

Wagner Wash Underground Storage Facility is located at the corner of West Beardsley Parkway and Desert Oasis Boulevard, Buckeye, Arizona 85396, Maricopa County Township 4N, Range 4W, Section 22 E 1/2, 23 W ½ of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
