Forecast Discussion:
Low pressure will maintain a hold over the western U.S. through this week and into the weekend. As a result, winds will remain present in the atmosphere over the Prescott area, and Prescott will thus see some breeziness just about each afternoon.
In regards to ozone, ozone reached the Moderate AQI category in Prescott yesterday, along with other areas in the region. This may an indication that we will enter into another period of daily Moderate ozone levels. The winds over the area could continue to transport ozone from the west, as well. We'll keep our eye on daily ozone trends, of course!
