PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Reissuance of AZPDES De Minimis General Permit
ADEQ is proposing to reissue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) general permit, authorizing De Minimis discharges to waters of the U.S. The proposed permit is intended to replace permit AZG2016-001, which was issued on June 1, 2016, and expires on May 31, 2021.
