PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Significant Revision to Air Quality Control Permit for the CEMEX - Prescott Plant in Yavapai County
ADEQ proposes to issue Significant Permit Revision Number 88305 to CEMEX Construction Materials South, LLC to increase the throughput limit for the crushing and screening plant from 5,500 tons per day to 8,700 tons per day, decrease the throughput limit for the concrete batch plant from 5,760 cubic yards per day to 3,000 cubic yards per day, reclassify from a portable source to a stationary source, and install three additional rock conveyor stackers to the wash plant at the CEMEX – Prescott Plant facility located in Yavapai County. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter (PM), oxides of nitrogen (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
