ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information

Pine Country Homeowners Association applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.036 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the High Country Pines II Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Black Canyon Creek in the Little Colorado River Basin in Township 12 N, Range 16 E, Section 15, in Navajo County, Arizona. The High Country Pines II WWTP is a privately owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential sources in Heber. Sludge is stored in a holding tank before landfill disposal.
