5661 South Ironwood Drive, Apache Junction, Pinal County, Arizona, over groundwater of the east Salt River Valley Groundwater Sub-Basin, in the Phoenix Active Management Area (AMA), in Township 01 S, Range 08 E, Section 08, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
