Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue an Individual Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) to the following applicant(s): TRICON/COB Cherokee L.PThe facility is located in Apache Junction in Maricopa County, Ariz., over groundwater of the Phoenix AMA in Township 1N, Range 7E, Section 22, of the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian.
