COMMENT PERIOD ENDS | Proposed Air Quality Control Renewal Permit for Pinto Valley Mine in Gila County

On Jan. 15, 2022, the public comment period ends for the proposal to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 91370 to Pinto Valley Mining Company for the continued operation of an open pit copper mine located in Gila County, Arizona. The public comment period began on Dec. 17, 2021.
