ADEQ proposes to issue an AZPDES renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information

The City of Tucson applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.07 million gallons per day (mgd) of groundwater from the Well PK-009A to the Lakeside Park Lake in the Santa Cruz River Basin in Township 14 S, Range 15 E, Section 28, in Pima County, Arizona. The Lake is an urban fishing lake located within a municipal park that is owned and operated by the City of Tucson.
