COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposed Rule Amendments to Arizona Air Quality Rules

On Friday, Dec. 22, 2017, the public comment period began for the proposed rule amendments to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) to comply with updates made to the federal New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) on June 30, 2017. The comment period will end on Monday, Jan. 29, 2018.
