In accordance with Arizona Administrative Code R18-12-264.01, a Corrective Action Plan (CAP), dated Feb. 8, 2022, and Clarifications for Corrective Action Plan, dated March 17, 2023, has been submitted to ADEQ. The CAP contains a proposal to clean up petroleum contamination from a UST system at the following facility:
