COMMENT PERIOD BEGINS | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 67115 to BLT Companies LLLP

On Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, the public comment period began for the proposed issuance of Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 67115 to BLT Companies LLLP for the continued operation of a hot mix asphalt plant with a collocated crushing and screening plant and a collocated concrete batch plant facility in Yuma County, Ariz. This facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426 and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.

Written comments must include the name, mailing address, signature of commenter and/or their agent or attorney and clearly set forth reasons why the permit should or should not be issued. Grounds for comment are limited to whether the permit meets the criteria for issuance spelled out in the state air pollution control laws or rules.
