ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Number 64302 to Golden Vertex Corp. for the construction and operation of a gold mining and ore processing facility. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426 and Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.
