Seymour Family LLC has submitted a request for an NFA determination to ADEQ for the Cat Mountain Vista VRP site. The site consists of an 8.32 acre area with soil from excavations and removal of debris located in an unincorporated area near Tucson, Arizona. The site had buried solid waste debris that has been excavated and removed from the site. Contaminants of concern at the site consist of arsenic in the soil. Arsenic levels have been determined to be representative of natural background concentrations such that no further remedial action is warranted at the site.
