ADEQ proposes to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) renewal permit to discharge pollutants to Waters of the United States to the following applicant, subject to certain effluent limitations and special conditions:

Facility Information
Town of Wickenburg applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 0.365 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the Wickenburg Ranch Water Reclamation Facility to the Martinez Creek in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Wickenburg Water Reclamation Facility is a publicly owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential and commercial sources in Wickenburg, Arizona. Sludge is stabilized in an aerobic digester and dewatered for landfill disposal.
