PUBLIC NOTICE | Remedial Action Approval and Cost Credit Requests for Park-Euclid WQARF Site

ADEQ has received two requests from the Park-Euclid Group related to the Park-Euclid Water Quality Assurance Revolving Fund site in Tucson, Arizona:

  1. Approval of past remedial actions1
  2. A cost credit for implemented remedial actions2

Site Information

The site contains contaminated groundwater and soil vapor plumes. The approximate site boundaries are 9th Street to the north, 14th Street to the south, Mountain Avenue to the east, and Euclid Avenue to the west in Tucson. Site contaminants of concern are tetrachloroethene (PCE), trichloroethene (TCE), cis-1,2-dichloroethene (cis-1,2-DCE), trans-1,2-dichloroethene (trans-1,2-DCE), and vinyl chloride.
