PUBLIC NOTICE & PUBLIC HEARING | Proposal to Issue an Air Quality Control Permit to Precision Aggregate Products LLC

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Permit Number 86872 to Precision Aggregate Products LLC for operation of a portable concrete batch plant facility with the initial location east of Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter (PM), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 10 microns (PM₁₀) and particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 2.5 microns (PM_2.5).
