PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit to Henry Company LLC in Kingman, Arizona

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 87209 to Henry Company LLC for the continued operation of a protective coatings facility located in Mohave County, Arizona. The mailing address for the facility is 4685 E. Finance Way, Kingman, AZ 86401. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 10 microns (PM₁₀), particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter equal to or less than 2.5 microns (PM_2.5), nitrogen oxides (NO_X), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
