Pursuant to Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 9, Article 1, the Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality intends to issue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit to:

Facility Information

The City of Globe applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to 1.2 million gallons per day (mgd) of treated domestic wastewater from the city of Globe Wastewater Treatment Plant to Pinal Creek in Gila County, Arizona. The Wastewater Treatment Plant is a publicly owned treatment works that receives domestic wastewater from residential and commercial sources in the city of Globe, Arizona. Waste Activated Sludge is dewatered, dried, and transported to a dedicated, onsite disposal area.
