PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposed Reissuance of Construction General Permit (CGP) for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities

ADEQ is proposing to reissue an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) general permit, authorizing stormwater discharges associated with construction activities to waters of the U.S. The proposed permit is intended to replace permit AZG2013-001.
