PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 78413 to El Paso Natural Gas Company - Alamo Lake Compressor Station
ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 78413 to El Paso Natural Gas Company for the continued operation of its Alamo Lake Compressor Station located in La Paz County, Arizona. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: nitrogen oxides (NOx), particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
