PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 77319 to Transwestern Pipeline Company LLC

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 77319 to Transwestern Pipeline Company LLC for the continued operation of its Transwestern Pipeline - Kingman Compressor Station located in Mohave County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2. The facility emits the following air contaminants: nitrogen oxide (NOx), particulate matter (PM), carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), volatile organic compound (VOC) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).
