The True Life Companies, LLC applied for a renewal AZPDES permit for the proposed discharge of up to .068 million gallons per day (mgd) of reclaimed water from the Estates at Pine Canyon (Pine Canyon Golf Course) to an unnamed wash, which is a tributary to the Rio de Flag River in Coconino County, Arizona. The Estates at Pine Canyon is a privately owned golf course that receives treated reclaimed water from the Rio de Flag Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Wildcat Hill WWTP for irrigation use in Flagstaff.
