PUBLIC NOTICE | Proposal to Issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit No. 72820 to Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc.

ADEQ proposes to issue Air Quality Control Renewal Permit Number 72820 to Apache Nitrogen Products, Inc. for the continued operation of a nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, ammonium nitrate prill and truck emulsion plant located in Cochise County, Ariz. The facility is subject to the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act, Code of Federal Regulations, Arizona Revised Statute 49-426, and the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 18, Chapter 2.  The facility emits the following air contaminants: particulate matter, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds, hazardous air pollutants and carbon monoxide.
